1.1 Recording and Saving of your Personal Data

Which information will be requested by Talaba21.com? After successfully registering, members may enter the following further personal data within their profile: Address information, telephone number, etc…
The first name and surname of the member (if provided) will be visible to other members through the user’s entries or viewing/interaction with other member’s sites. The remaining personal data will be protected or publicised according to the member’s privacy settings.
1.2 Cookies
In order to enter the Talaba21.com web pages, users must accept the Talaba21.com cookies. The session IDs necessary in identifying users will be saved within the applicable cookie. After leaving the site, the cookie will be deleted and upon re-entry to the site, newly set. The newly set cookie holds no user-related data. Data Registered members have the option to remain logged in on their computer until logging out. A cookie is set for this function to be possible and expires automatically seven days after logout.
1.3 Log Files
Talaba21.com stores the access data of each user in a log file. The following data is collected and saved within the log file: the computer IP address, the internet site, from which the user accessed Talab21.com, the date and time of access to the Talaba21.com website and information about the user’s browser. The log files are generated in an anonymous form that is void of any personal reference to the user and is used as a statistic evaluation of user activity.
1.4 Data Transmission
Transmission of personal data to a third party for advertising or marketing purposes is only possible with the prior permission of the user. The transmission of personal data occurs in cases of defence against hazards to public safety and order or to pursue criminal offences or misdemeanours as requested by a public agency. In addition, transmission of personal data will take place if necessary to protect the legitimate interests of a third party. This procedure will only occur if the third party, whose identity has been disclosed, credibly shows Talaba.com that through means of a publicised image or video or a rating/statement made, his/her rights were infringed and that the personal data requested is necessary for the pursuit of his/her legal interests. In this case, Talaba21.com will disclose the registered user’s provided first name and surname and, if applicable, their email address and inform the registered user of the transmission of this information and the third party.
